The Chamber’s Second Annual Nonprofit Leadership Summit was a great success.  Tom Iselin, a national expert and best-selling author, spoke to the leadership of some 100 nonprofits, local foundations and funders, consultants who work closely with nonprofits, and members of the business community,

The session spoke directly to the reality nonprofit CEOs live every day. It’s not just about managing dysfunction— about replacing it with alignment, ownership, and a culture that values performance and people. Attendees  walked away with the clarity and tools to unify their boards and staff around a common purpose and reignite the organization’s drive to Get. It. Done.
