Matthew Constantine has worked with Adopt-A-Family of the Palm Beaches, Inc. for 14 years and currently serves as the agency’s Chief Executive Officer. Prior to assuming the CEO position, he worked as the agency’s deputy director for five years. Mr. Constantine has a wealth of experience managing HUD-financed activities, including Homeless Prevention/Rapid Re-Housing, Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2, and Supportive Housing Programs for families experiencing homelessness. During his tenure, he has assisted the agency in significantly expanding its affordable housing portfolio while at the same time enhancing social service programs. He played a pivotal role in the agency’s ability to garner national attention through awards from the Kresge Foundation, Bank of America’s Neighborhood Builders, and TD Bank’s Housing for Everyone competition. As the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Constantine oversees an agency budget of $5.5 million and 48 staff members. Mr. Constantine has served as the vice chairman of the Lake Worth Community Redevelopment Agency and was also an executive member of Palm Beach County’s Continuum of Care. He earned his Master’s Degree in Social Work from Barry University.
