Sherry A. Henry is a seasoned Chief Executive Officer with over two decades of extensive expertise in leadership, fundraising, strategic planning, project management, and organizational growth.
In her role as CEO at HabCenter Boca Raton, Sherry has led strategic planning efforts, aligning goals with the Board’s vision and achieving measurable growth. She has directed organizational management, building collaboration among the leadership team and implementing strategic initiatives.
Sherry holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Psychology from Lynn University. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Learning in Organizations at Vanderbilt University.
Sherry is passionate about empowering the neurodiverse population and shaping inclusive opportunities through forward-thinking leadership. In her spare time, she volunteers on multiple nonprofit boards, serving individuals with differences and those facing food and housing insecurities.
Sherry is a graduate of the Leadership Boca Program, class of 2023. She lives with her family in Lake Worth Beach.
